Simple to use.
The app has great login method and very good security features. I appreciate that it meshes with facial recognition for sign on. I also like the separate app for managing my bank card. This was a much needed component and UCBI improved their card support with the separate mobile bank card app..
UCBI app. Is one of the best, and soooo user friendly. I’m 56, and I am not a fan of apps. Just old school, I guess. I get so frustrated trying to use other ones, because they aren’t user friendly! So I appreciate that UCBI has made theirs easier to navigate! Thank you !
Yes I like the app, it’s easy to use most of the time. I do wish there was a way to see the “hanging” deposits that don’t seem to show up until close to midnight.
I have banked with United Community Bank for close to 20 years. They are more than just a bank. Form one branch to another I have made life long friends that really care. I will forever be thankful for their service and support. Highly appreciated and recommend.

While my previous experience with United Community Bank online was not stellar, I would say that I’ve have the exact opposite experience working with the app. I primarily use it to manage my father‘s financial affairs. It allows me to keep him informed while keeping on top of his activities and payment obligations. The Zelle application has been great to work with inside the United community platform. However, I will say that I got caught during the transition and lost $75 because Zelle said they sent it and United community said they didn’t receive it. I suppose if I had waited one day before attempting to pay one of my father‘s caregivers, everything would have went through without a hitch like it does today.

UCB stepped up when USAA, my bank for 63 years, totally abandoned me. The personnel locally were friendly and very cooperative in expediting my new banking arrangements.
