United Utilities: Your Water

Absolutely fed up of using this app. My balance always seems all over the place. Forget about paying online virtually impossible to do so. Sick to death of ringing customer service everytime I have to pay. A poor App, and a very poor show from United Utilities .

Dear sirs My meter reading is 00018 , come see.! I will not be paying for rain water and estimated charges I have a meter for the real usage not estimated by you?!! Please review and charge accordingly! Regards Elizabeth

App works fine, united utilities do not. We are paying for them to dump sewage into our waterways whilst they pay shareholders millions. Skip the middle man and poop straight into your local water source for free!

As an app the whole process is slow. I don’t like that I’ve been forced to use online app or account to see my bill. Limited ability to view part bills. I want to see my bills online back at least 1 year. I have noticed that water charges have gone up in April. Where was the announcement? I never received notification of the price increase!! Water should not be a privatised commodity. Rubbish service, sewage dumping, wreaking the environment, no working sensors, lack of investment but massive Exec bonuses, all profit given to offshore investors as dividends. 2 stars given because I can see recent bill and when the app works I’m able to pay the bill. Everything else United Utilities is a scam

the app is very limited in show you break down and very hard to actually break down what your cost are and why it is so costly

Apps can be useful but as we are turning into a cashless society and different payment methods. United Utilities needs to introduce more up to date payment methods such as Apple Pay. Etc. instead of having to input card details every time someone wants to make a payment.

Just to let you know due to fraud on my credit card I’m waiting for a new one to arrive I will sort it out as soon as I get it thank you Mrs Chorlton. I don’t wish to give you a high rating you treated me horribly and I was competing with a dying husband one min your sending flowers next your taking me to court all for 112 pounds I found this very upsetting. We have been with the company all our married life which would have been 55 years in August but sadly Peter passed away on the 18 th fed 2024 .

Reported a leak months ago United utilities said they would fix it I thought great they gave me a date then changed it they did this three times eventually got it fixed after the leak had been leaking for weeks they just don’t give a damn also rang up for a free shower head that saves water that they are supposed to give out they said they had none and don’t give them out anymore another for profit company just looking after it’s share holders I do hope the next government take it into state ownership and stops all the greedy shareholders from profiting we’ve all had more than enough of these so called water companies.

I like this app because it’s easy to know how much I wanna keep it top of my bill but it’s not working at the minute it’s telling me to sign up and won’t let me login. I don’t even understand why it’s logged me out. Can you please fix this
