UnitedMasters: Release Music

The app uploads music onto the various streaming apps perfectly. It’s difficult to manage the artist profiles on the streaming apps because it does not connect to social media. I’ve been signed up for almost a year and the connect to social media has be unavailable since.

I would like a refund please. I paid the full amount to be a UnitedMasters select artist ye when i login im told to purchase a subscription. This annoying

Good day Hope you are well. Could you please assist me. I’ve submitted my music for release for the 18th of Jan, I have yet to receive any feedback with regard to the progress the upload. I have sent numerous emails, DM’s and posts on Socials yet no response. I uploaded my EP ahead of time. And have yet to receive any feedback from your team @unitedmasters .Im beginning to become impatient as I have spent money marketing this release and its not up yet which is losing me listeners rapidly. Im sure this is not the standard I should expect from you and @unitedmasters. I’m considering taking my business elsewhere as I’ve felt that I have been completely mistreated by your team @unitedmasters and I’m hoping that I get feedback within the next 24 hours or I’ll be forced to move to a more reputable distro. This is disheartening. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

App does not work in 🇿🇦

I scheduled a song to be published a month ago and it was denied because I had a lot of silence at the end of the song (ok cool that’s my fault I’ll fix it). When I fixed it, it was denied for another week because an issue with the cover art going against copyright TOS. So I changed it to something of my own creation it was then denied again for “having text cropped out”. It didn’t and I said that this wasn’t the case in my resubmission review. This happened 2 more times one of them was from today so who knows when I’ll finally have my song published. Complete joke of a company lol don’t waste your money on their services. Just use distrokid and thank me later.

Been putting out music from yall for 25,000 hours aka 2 years n a half. And for some reason I can’t put my album out with 33 songs on it. I’ve done everything right when it comes to the rights. Buh it keeps tellin me to edit it when everything is ready to go. This is a big project for me and I can’t put it out for my fan. If you can reach out to help me out would be a blessing.
