Ever since I’ve had these hearing aids, the right hearing aid is constantly giving feedback squeaking, and I can’t put the left one in my ear canal or it plugs my ear up, and I can’t hear anything.

I often have difficulty connecting. I have the app on iPhone and iPad, and often one Apple device connects, but the other does not, until I use the device that is connected, then the other one will also. Sometimes only one hearing aid connects while the other shows nothing, not even an error message.

My iPhone still connects to my Moxi Fits, but Remote Plus doesn’t connect

This app is not compatible with an iPhone 16 ProMax running iOS v18. It will not recognize and pair my hearing aides. My iPhone 13 worked. My iPhone 16 does not.

I can sync my hearing aids to my Bluetooth on my 16 Pro, but the app itself cannot find my Unitron hearing aids. My old iPhone 10 worked with the app but the new iPhone 16 doesn’t. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and that doesn’t work either.

After upgrading to iPhone 16, I attempted to install this app and pair my hearing aids as I had done on my previous iPhone. The hearing aids pair and they appear as “LE_L-Unitron” etc and “LE_R-Unitron” but do not create a unified entry in Bluetooth settings called “Hearing Aids” as before. While the app can control changes in hearing mode and volume, the aids cannot be used in phone calls or to listen to streaming or recorded media. Sonova , fix it please!

The “lifestyle” part of the app seems wrong. It consistently says the same percentage for music no matter whether I listen to music or not. The instructions for device maintenance and cleaning are not very good. There should be written as well as video instruction and the video instruction should include a magnified view of the parts you are supposed to replace.

I recently upgrade my iPhone 14 Pro with the newest software ios 18.0. After the upgrade my phone failed to pair with my Moxi Blue hearing aids. The app no longer can control the hearing aids. I have tried all of the suggestions Apple has on their website but nothing has worked. Apple suggested i contact the developer to see if they had an update for the app. Otherwise before the upgrade I loved the app

The hearing aids do not stay connected to Bluetooth. It is Very difficult to adjust the volume or the settings for different environments. If I hadn’t paid so much for them I’d throw them out but u can’t afford another set.

At least once a week the app either goes blank or says Bluetooth is turned off, which it isn’t. I either delete the app & re-download it or shut down my phone for a few & that seems to work. Very annoying to say the least.
