Amazing app, insane price.

I’m going to make this short, sweet, and to the point. It’s a great app, works perfectly, and is incredibly convenient. However, it is absolutely insane to charge a subscription fee for a universal remote app. $5.99 a WEEK? $40 for a YEAR? Are you people out of your minds?! It costs $15-$20 for a universal remote, why on earth would anyone waste their money on a subscription when they could just order a remote from Amazon? Target? Walmart? Sure the convenience is great but it’s not worth paying all of that money for something you don’t even OWN. I would consider purchasing the app if it was a one time deal but you guys got me messed up thinking it makes sense to charge that much for a remote app. What’s worse is the reviews have acknowledged this ten times over and you guys RESPOND TO SAID REVIEWS knowing that this is absurd and quite frankly teetering the line of being a scam. Thanks for the free trial, but I think I’ll just go to Target.

If we get the trial, then we have to pay afterwards.. i don’t get it. what’s the point of even downing this app if NOTHING is free. just put a price on the app 😂. making me waste my time.

My thoughts

I am a busy person. I have school, work and many other tasks to complete on a daily basis. Using this app has helped me with managing my tvs. I have three Hisense tvs. On in my room, one in my living room, and one in my dining room. I have 3 of the same remotes for all my tvs. And since my house isn’t very big, when I try to turn o one tv, sometimes more than one turns on. But having this app has made it very easy. As long as I don’t disconnect my phone from my WiFi, I don’t have to reconnect every time I need to turn a tv off or on. And I can choose which on to turn on without any issues. Though, I would argue that the price of 29.99 is a bit expensive for a year just to turn on my TVs, if you can afford it it is a good investment. You can control all your TVs, from anywhere in the house or even from outside, provided you are connected to the same internet. That is all. Would recommend to multiple tv owners who can afford it.
