It kept showing the ride in the virtual queue but would not allow to book. Ride folks confirmed that they did not have virtual queue for the whole day. App should be up to date status or its useless.

First, to receive a ticket you have to PRINT the ticket? It’s 2024. Also, to receive a ticket it may take up to 12 HOURS to process? Also, it’s 2024 what in the 1989 is this?

Got to the front of the line and they had issues with the ride . Waiting in line for 45 minutes already . now we only have 10 minutes till the park closes. What a let down.

I love the mummy so cool spooky ghost who did a great job on all the rides.

At the super Mario ride we were stuck for over 20 minutes with the lap bar down all because one car got stuck/un responsive

I’ve had a gold pass for the pass few years. This past weekend August 2-3 I used my gold pass for the first time this year. My family and I was at Universal Studios for the weekend. We had hotel stay at the Universal Sheraton and I bought three extra tickets for my family. On Saturday August 3rd my family tickets was good and I was not allowed in the park because I was told it was a blackout day. On Friday I spent over a thousand dollars. I was very disappointed on Saturday I was being charged for another ticket when I had a gold pass. No one was willing to help me with this situation. When you say you appreciate my business I don’t believe you. With the amount of money I was spending that weekend I shouldn’t had to buy another one day ticket.

Hi I have plans to take my fiancé to Universal Studios Hollywood since we were supposed to go for his birthday back in April but something came up so I didn’t get the chance anyway I am noticing as I re-download it I noticed that my phones screen reader voice for the iPhone doesn’t read certain sections of the app can this be improved upon?

I used the app to order food yesterday. On the app it said take a seat and we will let you know when your food is ready, and that my food would be ready between 12:30 to 12:45 pm. Time passed the app didn’t update. So I asked a worker at the restaurant because it had already passed the time by 30 mins and the app still said your food is being prepared. Another 30 mins later I go ask for help again this time the worker was more helpful it turns out my food was ready!!! My kids and I were hungry and frustrated. And the workers told me oh yeah the app doesn’t tell tell you when the food is ready. But the app is telling me it will. Fix this please!!!!
