the app is so slow. the app also takes forever to open . always loading. That's why I can't even buy membership. in the shop I get an error message. Unfortunately, the app is very bad, although you can communicate with the idols there.. a pity, very sad

I tried for so many months but it’s still not working. I get to the part where I’m supposed to set a nickname, but anything past that point doesn’t work. The app just says that there was an error and that I should try again later. I don’t know what to do anymore. Would love to use it….
Kann mich seit Monaten nicht mehr einloggen oder neu registrieren. App mehrmals gelöscht und neu installiert. Bringt nichts.
Everytime I try to create an account it says there‘s a temporary error and if I manage to come as far as creating a nickname it shows the error again even tho the nickname was available. It‘s really annoying and customer service doesn‘t do anything to help.
I refuse to believe how cheap this app is it won’t even let me set a nickname
apparently it's a know issue but it's still not fixed sad ...

A lot of content of many different artists To fully enjoy I would recommend to buy the membership, that's why I give 4 stars. Podcasts, Reality shows, artist posts, private messages - A lot content to discover Sometimes the screen mirroring does not work, but it depends more on the phone you have.
