I am absolutely astonished about the simplicity, the creativity and the authentic service this app provides to entrepreneurs. I definitely recommend this to anyone that is interested in making a website along with starting their own business. This is definitely a more convenient option than wordPress.

These ppl can’t be serious. Don’t even sign up for this poop, let alone pay for premium! You work hard on a website, you pay their premium, you put money into ads and they take away your access to your account WITHOUT saying a word prior,🫰just like that. Not even that, these scammers wouldn’t even reply back to support emails. What a joke! You know what’s a bigger joke? The generic garbage response they’re about to give this review. Just watch 👀👇

This app is AMAZING in every aspect. I truly appreciate its existence. Hats off.
Universe includes an innovative AI feature called GUS that ruined my website. I was manually creating 2 different version of my website. For the first version I was doing all the work my hand. With the second website I decided to use GUS to design the website. After playing with GUS for a while I realized that while it could give me a general webpage, it also had issues making modifications. It also crashed frequently and sometimes wouldn’t save the changes I had made. It also would sort of glitch out when I would reopen pages to edit them. I decided to delete my website that was generated by GUS. This is where my problem started. When I opened the website I was making manually it was completely changed. GUS had apparently been updating BOTH sites without my knowledge and I could not undo any of the changes. More importantly when I made the manual changes to try and return it normal they would be changes again when I reopened the web page (GUS was making changes to it again). I lost all of my work and decided this app has too many bugs and limitations for my purposes. Keep in mind that while the app is slick, it if very limited in format. You can’t have a full horizontal website and the block design is unique, but really basic too. I have requested a refund for my subscription.
This app is so irritating I paid for a yearly subscription (75$) march 2nd 2024. Noticed two days ago my URL wasn’t working as I contacted support they first told me the issue was due to their crashing system and was resolved and when I informed them it In fact wasn’t fixed they then said it was because my website subscription ended and that’s why it wasn’t showing. They then removed pro from my website and haven’t contacted me back after I showed proof of me not only paid for the yearly subscription last month but also that it was still showing as an active subscription in Apple. I’m tired of the lack of support access. I have an Art show and can reach anyone and they are definitely not professional. 0 STARS!!!!! I want a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere
