I have all Sam skins and when i try to promote it over level 33 it says that i need another Sam card. Hate it!

Am I the only one who is having problems with the chest? It opens up and I only gives me one card and then it freezes the whole game. I reinstalled the game but it has the same problem even though I didn't tried to open the chest, it just appeared! Te game is awesome btw❤
