It's been a week since i have requested for a loan. Unodigitalbank has already sent me a text message to keep my lines open however, no update is received from my end. Can I follow up my loan request?

Almost a year has passed since I first reached out and the issue is still isn't resolved. I still cant link my account to the app.

It needs to improve, it is very slow. Frustrating to cash in online. Always ends up in error.

Could you please improve this. I can only save and access Uno on Gcash and when I am trying to link it on the app itself, and once I add the OTP. It always says, something is wrong, try again later. I gave it a time and it still an issue, hope you can resolve this.

Fix your camera! I have been trying to link my GCash account several times and my face and background are both clear but it cannot detect my face!!! So frustrating!!!
