Unread: Breaking & Smart News

This could be great app but it’s badly designed and very user unfriendly! Great try developers but this app needs major work! Maybe start over? It would be helpful to have instructions.

I am so happy to have my very favorite news app back in service for the US, and it's better than ever. Unread offers the most balanced and diverse selection of articles automatically, has the best reader mode, and is simple to customize with specific sources and search subjects shown as sections. This happy user sincerely thanks the developers for coming back with this great update. I missed you so much.

Better for iPhone - you can see a few summary sentences under the main new story title. BUT, on the iPad only the story titles show up. #DISAPPOINTING OLDEST REVIEW: 4½ Stars! But for my iPhone this *was* my go-to news app @ 4.5 Stars. Was nicely done, Very reliable, and getting rid of the occasional ads had a cheap price. BUT, even then, on my iPad the stories have just a headline and no opening sentences. No better on my iPad than on my little iPhone 5S! On an iPad this app would be much better if you had an optional setting that would let you read the title, plus the first 2 or 3 sentences. Then you could see if the news story is worth selecting to expand it and read more. ...tested w/ iOS 9.3.6 on iPhone & iPad ...no crashes in testing for weeks ...will update this review w/ each app update

It would be nice to be able to sort stories by "most recent"

It is the very good app developed by streamy news. Hope they will reduce the the sizes of top and lower bars for better vision of news articles.

it allows you to select any font size both for headlines & for the full story! Awesome! I stopped using News Hunt because it fails to offer the same. Another unique touture: Copy the story & paste it anywhere! No news app offers that ! (however, failure to select only a part of the story is a big drawback. You can copy the whole page only, as selection arrow do not work).

Nice application for news agregator..but its would be better if i can choose and add news blog by typing the site name.

Various sources for news and information. This way one can see different perspectives in one place and Love the different news from around the world. Just enough information, it's well written.

Use it everyday.. It gives a wide range of different news sources. And nowadays that's the only way to get news information. Ads are managed nice with choice to view AFTER you read article. Any news hungry people out there would be satisfied.

Gets me the news without unnecessary animations or other useless clutter. Would like to see a few more subscriptions available. Good app.
