UOB Infinity Singapore

It’s very difficult to track transactions because they can’t be seen line by line as in a bank statement

i write this hoping someone is considering if uob is the right choice for their business. it is not. the worst bank, worst app, worst service possible.

THANKS for updating your app and not amazing it compatible to Huawei users. And now I’m trying to register a new infinity secure using my iPad and it shows technical error when I’m reentering the secure pin!!!! Pls revert asap as I need to do transaction!!

I can’t see the keys fully using my iPhone SE! Totally can’t function! Is this developer from ……?

I have not given any reviews on other apps no matter how bad is the interface. The UOB Infinity app should be the most non user friendly app among all local bank app. Even though I made a feedback to the bank RM, nothing seems to have change over the past year. Perhaps the IT dept has been living in some cave. This is the only app where user is still required to punch in the security PIN for every transaction. Imagine having to approve 500 transactions. Whereas others have been able to do it via biometrics/touch at a breeze. We are already in a stage where biometric are common and highly secured. Immigration have been using biometric for many years.

App is very intuitive and easy to use. Able to do what I need on my business . Smooth transition with no bug to my knowledge Highly recommend as compared to its competitors apps

super buggy on IOS, calling UOB help desk & tech support will advise you to use Windows PC instead! they can’t fix the problems

My blood boils every time I use this app. Keep asking to log in for every little transaction and then complains I have multiple logins.

Be prepared to be told by UOB customer Service to uninstall and reinstall the app when it times out during login. Expect to reinstall few times a week if you are frequent user of the banking app like me

This APP is horrible to use 1: scan and pay even no link to gallery 2: payment record not back to date 3: filter function is horrible The only reason for this type of service survive is Singaporean’s high tolerable kindness. This type of bank APP never last and survive in overseas market. Horrible UOB infinity
