Force to update the app. And the new version is over 394M. How could that be? I wonder if the developer optimises the app effectively.

After updated with 14.5.2, SMS-OTP has not reached to my mobile. Thus I can’t log in my account. Pls immediately fix it.

Can’t login after the update. Bank’s infra team really need to take care of this matters Always see error/ no access to my own account is really horrible

Crashes 9/10 times since the new iOS, even on the iPhone 12. Update: Thank you, the new update uploaded last night has improved performance. Though I still get occasional app freezes (but not full iOS crashes as before).

It was okay few months ago but after updates it doesn’t work at all . My phone is new and enough storages . Why it is happening ?

After the update, I can’t login in any more. No message as to whether the login failed because of wrong password or otherwise. And now I have to head to the ATM to reset my password as there’s an error on the desktop site for resetting passwords and it cannot be done over the phone. Great ‘progress’!
