App very bad, setup face ID but never can use, everytime need to log in this app. Need otp code first. What function face ID??

not sure what the update was for? I felt it made the app unusable. Disappointed :( I am unable to login at all.

After reading the reviews here, I can confirm I am not the only one who experienced this issue. Please fix the log in issue. Every time I want log in need to put username and password and then wait for the one time password, the app did ask for face id for faster log in but then after try to log in again it will repeat the same problem, username-password-OTP 2 times. Why? Your developer should fix this issue immediately because it’s really annoying and troublesome for faster log in into the app. So many customer already complain and address this issue.

I can't transfer money after the update. Is this update not tested before it is released? I went to the bank and asked the staff and they also said that I can't transfer money after the update. I can only use the computer version.
