The app is very poorly designed. The yellow colour fonts on green background makes it hard to read. For first time users, there is no message to inform them to click on “forgot password “. I installed the app and then when I tried forgot password for first time, it showed me an error saying I had exceeded 3 attempts! And my friend was saying there is no way to go back to the login screen after changing password. The back error doesn’t work and one has to close the app and reopen it. So many bugs in login process itself. Looks like it was designed and developed as a high school project by some kids. Very amateurish app, but am stuck with this app as our school uses it. I have to wait 24 hours to try again because the app thought I have tried more than 3 times though I tried only once. Wonder how many more bugs are waiting if and when I manage to create password and sign in to use the actual app

The App crashes when we try to open an PDF file shared from school.

Supposed to be a professional app to get updates from the school. But totally tired of the numerous notifications this app shows

open any pdf and try to zoom in, app just crashes. Unable to see any pdfs. I am using IPhone 13.

I am not able to open a pdf which was sent a day ago the app crashes when ever I try to open it.I tryed to restart my phone and re installing the app and some stuff still it din’t work plzzzz fix the bug…………

It is easy to see what messages they have sent from the school than other apps
