Very poor app
This is a confusing and poorly presented app suggesting that buses run every twenty minutes through the day from Wimbledon Station, which clearly they don’t! I have been outside the station for more than an hour today and no uni buses have appeared. I’ve never seen one on previous visits to Wimbledon. The timetable information is very poorly presented and is difficult to understand, even for a transport professional like myself. If the service doesn’t run then take the information off the app. If the route has changed then correct the information so that people won’t be left stranded. Correct information about transport services is essential if people are to use them. I’ve given a one rating but it really should be minus one or lower. I guess the app has been designed and approved by people who never use public transport. That is clear. They should try using it to plan a journey and then go to catch a bus to see how awful it is.
