Up — Easy Money

I absolutely adore this app !!! from the user-friendly, modern design to the incredible features such as being able to lock your own savings account (for the financially impulsive spender uperers such as myself) as well as the newly added feature of travel mode, where you can see in real time how much you have in foreign currency when you make your purchase- the concept and function has genuinely blown me away and I’ve been able to easily navigate my finances (as someone who has always had fear and difficulty doing) and fully automate everything for my budgeting. Love u guys, keep it up <333

Terrible service hard to contact and disregard for my family and locking my money and I couldn’t feed my family properly

Tried to join Up Bank, they “couldn’t verify my ID” so declined me as a customer. I’m an Australian citizen and have never once had issues with any of my ID forms in the past - I was really disappointed that they had no escalation process and didn’t do anything to attempt to resolve the issue.

How do I get new card issued to new address

My sister got me onto Up and I’m SO glad i set it up, it’s working wonders for my spendings. So easy to manage (basically manages my money for me) and I’m finding it so much easier to save money as it tells me what bills are coming out and i no longer have to pull money back out from savings!!! I’m so much more relaxed about spending now because i know what i can spend. Such an incredible service

I have a difficult time saving in traditional banking apps because of my ADHD. UP is perfect because I can divide my money when I get paid into specific savers, and see exactly how much I have left for each financial need every week. Has helped me so much with actually being able to save rather than just tapping my money away and wondering where it all went.

This app has changed my life forever and for the better I have adhd and autism with a touch of dyslexia and dyscalculia with the help of up in the 5 years I’ve been using up I have saved for a car and trips to see my family overseas before up I could not get a handle on budgets or savings now I’m doing both better than ever before the upcoming payment feature has been so helpful and the round up savers have helped me get through some tough financial situations I look forward to many more years of continuing improvement with up

This is an excellent software and banking. Could you please introduce to concept in You Need A Budget which is “aging your money”

This bank has been a game changer, I love a lot of the features in the app.

Absolutely amazing app! So happy that my wife and I have found this bank, so many great idea’s! One thing we would love to see is the ability to create automated transfers from on saver to another saver so that I don’t have to do it manually. Currently the only way to do auto transfers is specifically from the spending account to saver accounts which lists all the transactions. I love that I can move money from one saver to another saver without there being dozens of transactions listed, but it just won’t let you set them up automatically. Other than that one thing (which I hope will change) this bank and their app is absolutely amazing and is everything I’ve wanted for my budget plus more! 🤩 Love the cover payment options and I love the insights on spending and upcoming expenses. Absolutely amazing features and it means that I’ve been able to reduce so much manual work on my spreadsheets at home, it free’s up so much time!
