Upay - Payments & Loyalty

Terrible. FaceID constantly resets, so you end up faffing around at the counter doing a manual login. I’ve stopped using Upay at all because the app is half baked and it’s just easier to pay by credit card.

I find this useful as it helps me track my food spend and has allergens displayed when ordering.

Can't event write in your email to log in. What's the point?

I have had constant issues with it dropping Face recognition off and not actually booting up. A real shocker of an App

This is a poor, buggy app. It’s interface is un-friendly and unintuitive. The app keeps losing log-on details, even after having been setup for fingerprint log-on. If it weren’t used in my work restaurant, I would delete it. Avoid if you can.

Hi I topped up my app by £5.00 this morning only for the app to to give me £3.90 credit. Can I please be refunded for the difference. Thank you a disgruntled and slightly hungrier than I should be customer. Many thanks. 😊

This is painful to use . Can’t even load a card into the wallet it gets stuck every time and no scan card facility

App worked for several goes and then stopped working. At the counter it just causes frustration and queues as I try quitting the app and logging back in again. I have contacted the help desk twice with no helpful response. Avoid.

Had to have this awful app to pay for my children’s school meal . Auto top up I thought would be great and to save giving them both money as they are under 10yrs old . Takes the money but showed amounts being spent with credit remaining nothing like it should be . Rips you off with no way to complain to the school or through the app . Avoid . Zero stars

This app is awful. Every time I try to pay it says my card is declined. I try with a different card. It works a few times and then declines. I have run out of cards to use. My son has no money left on his dinner card. Hopefully it will be sorted before term starts or else he can’t have a dinner! I truly have had enough of this on going issue.
