Worked perfectly. Super easy to use.

Everything seems to be working great. No connection issues for me. Very easy to use. I can’t comment on the customer service problems that others left reviews about because I didn’t need to contact them for anything but the app itself works well for me.

I have tried to email them but I keep getting an error message, getting frustrated as well

The UpMap gets alit of heat from some customers about there units manly because the user configured the wrong bike model and once you do that only tech support and reconfigure your bike because I did just that Butt with a simple email too the company a very kind person help me with the issue and it works flawless and even gave me a refund because I also purchased a wrong map 1000 stars 🙏

Definitely needs some software updates because it kept “loosing connection” when I was trying to download the map and the app is a little outdated. But other than that everything worked well for me

Bad product. Even worse customer service. When you try to reach them via email all their emails end up undeliverable and their contact-us-form online goes unanswered like their phone number. Waste of $380

As mentioned by previous reviewer, I’ve spent hours installing my new exhaust system only to find that the T800 app will not allow me to connect to the store to download the app. I too have emailed the developer and am awaiting guidance.

After installing, registering, following all the instructions, it will not allow me to access the store. I get constant errors and when I login via their website it says that there are no devices registered to my account or motorcycles associated with the account. Very frustrating. So far, no response from the developer through email/Facebook/Instagram
