The Local UPMC Physicians (Primary & Cardiology Doctors) in the Carlisle area are Great, Top Notch. The Carlisle UPMC Hospital on the other Hand, after my August 23,2024 ER visit was the WORST MEDICAL Experience EVER. The ER Triage Nurse after placing an Intravenous Line in my arm and taking 3-4 Vials of Bloodwork thens discards the associated trash from the procedure. When getting the Vials for the Assistant to take to lab she can only find 1 vial. Thats be because she THREW AWAY 2 of the blood vials in the trash can. She recovers them from the trash can (right in front of me) and says OPPS !. Then I sit in the waiting room in a wheelchair for 5 1/2 hours (with a history of Cervical & Lumbar Spinal Stenosis) . This was to much, had to check myself out and go back home….What an Awful Experience for such a Large Hospital Group. Will NEVER RETURN…

My husband and I recently delivered our first baby at UPMC Harrisburg. The care we received was top notch and the nurses went above and beyond to support our family during a challenging time. I love the online portals for both me and my son. It helps me to stay informed about our health records and insurance claims.

Love to be able to see everything going on in my app. Still too many redundant questions from the staff but big improvement.

I love have access to the app and my info. I also love that I’m able to connect to my husbands records and appointments and visa versa!

They were really kind and I can see they really cared about my health in the emergency room and outpatient thank you UPMC

Very easy to use and navigate! Only wish ALL UPMC providers could be linked onto the same app. I see some providers located in a different area of Pennsylvania who use a completely different app and cannot see each other’s results:/ But great app!!!
