it'll log me in but then load for like 5 minutes before giving error 9 >_> its been this way for 2 days

Used to work but no longer able to open the app. Has been this way for weeks.

i’m told when i log in that despite having upmc insurance, i can’t use the app. i’m then directed to sign into the web page via a browser. utterly pointless app.

I just got a new phone and in process of logging back in to all my apps. This one required an update before it even let me attempt to login and now I cant login. Keeps trying to login with biometrics and then says it can’t and to use username and password. Click cancel on biometric screen but then gives me nowhere to input username and password. Tried clicking the Log in button and it pops up to say loading and diverts back to the same main page except this time, the login button is grayed out and not clickable. Where/how can I enter my username and password?

Can’t seem to order a card. The program locks up. Just reason I don’t like using online stuff. Prompting me to have a hard card

I don’t know what happened during the last few updates but anytime I try to open this app it pops up and then immediately shuts down. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling restarting my phone. Anything I can think of really so non-usable app equals one star I guess sorry hope you guys get it fixed.

You need to update your technology on this app!! It’s really frustrating to use!!
