98% of the leads are not aware they are going to be contacted. Their info is being captured without their knowledge:( When I call they have no idea why I’m calling or the phone number isn’t valid. Several fake sellers trying to pretend they own vacant lots… always someone who barely speaks English..when I ask to provide id to verify I never hear from them and they always want vacant land listed asap! LEADS ARE NOT VERIFIED BY UPNEST! :(
I think its unsensitive and disrespectful to call a prospective seller late at night just not to lose them.
I have been using this lead generator for a few weeks now and I am very disappointed. Almost all my leads are weak or don’t answer calls,text, or email. This is a waste of time and money. When you call in and ask for review of leads, they give you the run around. I have 90% of my leads with no contact information!! Paying for names to sent to me!! In the last week I’ve had leads come in at 3am and if you don’t answer it counts against your response time!!! I
UpNest has been very disappointing and I have not received 1 single quality lead in almost 2 months since I joined. They won't let me out of my contract and it's too expensive for not getting any leads. My advice- don't join. It's terrible

They send remote leads from areas you don’t even service and the screening process to eliminate those areas is ridiculous! Nothing in alphabetical order and no counties listed so you eliminate areas easier. When a lead is received, you have to accept or decline it without the ability to see where it is or what it is, whether buyer or seller. This is a monumental rip off

Why are you sending me people who are not interested? This last person had no clue about why I called, had no intentions of buying and hung up on me. You are doing disservice to this industry.
The leads I have gotten they don't answer the phone or hang up on me.
Slow performance in app. Freezes up at times. Doesn't allow to view the clients all times
