Confusing rewards
I cashed out $5 to PayPal using my edge coins. But I only received $3.26. It never happened to other similar apps. It’s confusing and disappointing.

After 8 months of daily usage as a premium member, I am still at least a month away from 50,000 coins and a $20 payout. That is too long frankly. Not worth the time to play the ads to collect coins. After I cash out my 50,000 coins I will be taking a break from Upper Edge until sometime when it appears thet have improved the payout to 20,000 coins for $20.
App stopped working. Prompts me to sign in multiple times but still couldn’t go through. I lost all my edge coins. There is nothing in the app support to report the problem. Can you please fix?
At the rate which you can earn coins it will take almost a year to reach the $5 Amazon card. Your ad to earn 5 coins has been broken for some time now. When you attempt to watch an ad to collect your 10 coin reward it only works half the time. I was almost at the withdrawal limit before an app change and my coins did NOT transfer over so I lost all my earnings. I would like to continue using the app but it’s just taking too long to get even $5. Had I not lost almost 8000 coins I may have a different opinion.
I’ve tried quite a few of these steps-for-rewards apps, and while all of them have some kind of marketing incentive to get more points, such as watching ads or shopping for deals, often times those apps give you a choice of whether you want to do it or not. With upper edge there is no choice. Without a membership, you have no choice but to spend time navigating the app and letting ads play in order to redeem any points at all. Very unappealing.
They allow cheaters to use this app and when you confront devs about it they come up with some fairytale story about how they have all these steps in place to prevent such things. They don’t care about the user experience but only the ad revenue they make off of this. Hope Apple pulls this app off of the App Store.
I like the app I don’t like there limits on my steps that you can earn that you must pay for membership to get more steps and you should add automatic points collect if don’t open the app.
Seriously folks…. It’s pretty common. Been using it since 1995! 🙄 time to step your app into the 21st century!
Good
I have several reward-for-walking apps and this stands below the rest. I’ve been using it daily but I am deciding to give up and uninstall. When you break it all down, the amount you’re earning per day with this app is vastly lower than the rest… by a long shot. Just not worth the time. Listen - none of these apps pay well and I completely understand that, but this one is just out-of-bounds low.
