The game has not updated in months now , just playing the game and winning coins but can’t buy anything as nothing to buy , been onto the support and all they can say is we don’t know when the game is getting updated , getting bored of it now used to really enjoy playing buying different items or winning them but nothing but coins to be won

I love the game I was playing every day I would of given it 5 stars until I try to make purchases I didn’t get the items so try to get a refund apple are say that it’s not eligible for a refund, I’ve try to resolve it with in game support but they telling me that there’s nothing they can but ask for a refund off apple I have that the money has been paid but they saying it hasn’t this has stress more out I already stuff with depression and anxiety as well as being disabled and in a wheelchair so if I like a like it help me pass the day away as I’m housebound most of the time. I had no other problems with Apple when purchasing other stuff for my other game just with this one and this is not the first time I’ve lost my game date for a previous save which I had a lot of stuff on that so I hd to start again and that I can load because it get stuck on the tap the 10 start and will not go any further. So started again not I’ve try to make purchase and don’t get the items but they taking the money to say I not happy and 🤬is a understatement. I can spend a lot of money on my game as I don’t drink or smoke don’t got out so game are my life line I am a game not just on my iPad but on the Xbox too I stream with my son who is 24 on the Xbox and we are getting popular when we both go on together a lot of his friends wish they had mums like his and most of them have added me on the Xbox. So them friends on Xbox are not happy about it and are going to start putting the word out about this game that if you play it not to make any purchases because if you don’t get the items you can’t get it refunded and the one the run the game are not helpful. I’ve told them in the in game support that was good to do a review on this game as they not been helpful. I’ve been ask by a number of people to start doing my own gaming steam with reviews of games I play I’ve been putting it off but the away I feel I’m thinking of doing it. I think I’ll stick to game purchases from games I know from now on. Like Disney kingdom or stick to my Xbox instead of my iPad.

Hi I really love the game but I don’t like it when it keeps crashing on me it did it when I was in the middle of a game so I ended up having to wait for it to unfreeze and by the time it has done that a load of numbers come out and I couldn’t keep up so I end up losing my game and the energy I used to play . Or sometime I have to reload the app all together. I have updated the App. Please can you sort this out as it is unfair on all the people that play. If it keeps doing it I will have no choice but to stop playing and I think a lot of other people will do the same.

Well since this new update, neither my mum or myself can access the game. It is now saying the user name already exists ??? Well yeah of course it does that’s why I’m trying to play it DUH

I would cheat you in games can you play bingo goes round your numbers it doesn’t actually give you the number you want

Except 4 t constant freezing all of t time, I’ve lost count how many times I’m halfway through a round of bingo (having paid 15 energy 4 t best 3 pack of cards) 4 t game 2 freeze. I’m constantly sick of having 2 do t vicious cycle of play t game, exit, try getting back in again, it freezes/won’t let me collect rewards/complete tasks properly, exit t game, leave a while/come back 2/ uninstall, come back/redownload, log in and hopefully back on t game again. Only I’ve repeated this many times, I’m starting 2 become frustrated by this as I do love t game and I’m enjoying getting my bingo fix. Personally I’m wondering if spending t money required 4 proper bingo is more rewarding than t agro?

The tasks don’t work properly. Most of the time you can’t complete a task, you submit it but you get no reward and it never registers that you’ve won bingo or called a bingo for the other tasks. Plus energy takes a ridiculously long time to regenerate

How are you meant to build? Doesn’t matter how many bingos you win unless it’s a 1st place you can’t level up!!!!

Installed game but it just keeps closing down. Very disappointing.
