Resolution for iPads
Do I miss something or the resolution for iPad it’s just the way it is?
Borderline unusable
It’s hard to believe someone releases such a terrible app in 2019. It’s so slow that I often have to wait 10+ seconds until I get any feedback from the UI that it’s e.g. opening a message. Not to mention the looks of an early 2010s PhoneGap attempt. Very disappointing.

makes you put in lots of personal information and then once you are done, it says error and doesn’t work despite their website saying everything is working. won’t let you touch anything else. probably here to just steal information!!!!

Notifications Don’t Work
The app doesn’t send notifications to my phone and I missed some messages during the day because of it.
Avoid at all costs
Otherwise be prepared to get taken advantage of without any support. Upwork does not offer any support for the freelancers. The client I worked with refused to pay, and still used the work produced. Any attempt to get support from up work is met with chat bots that don’t get you anywhere and support tickets that give you vague information and avoid the issue. It looks like the support forum and even other customer reviews are full of fake reviews trying to distract from a company that doesn’t truly care about the freelancers they need. Instead they invest in giving the run around and attempting to have the appearance of a supportive company.

It said i needed connects which are like credits to show clients in interested... You're kidding right?! Life is already hard enough, why on earth would you even do this?! I'm closing the account and going somewhere else.
