The app glitches like no other. It never updates the cart when you add or remove items the price doesn’t update and it constantly gives a red notification even when you do add or remove that says “unable to update cart”. The most annoying thing ever istg

I keep trying to make big purchases either online and on the app and every time I add more than 20 items to my cart. It empties my cart and I have to start all over again. It’s very frustrating because I take my time picking what I want just to have it, empty the curve and stir all over again, and then having it happen again again.

I don’t want a notification because you want me to shop at your store. Please stop begging me to shop at your store.

Glitches a lot, Error messages when i try removing things from cart , things disappearing from the cart, this app sucks.

I have been shopping at UP for a long time I can say the quality, style, printing logo and shipping are outstanding. The material used are actually seems like the big brand out there.

Tried multiple times to apply a gift card that the sales associate at the store assured me I could use online. Very disappointing.

Having difficulty checking out on payment page/ it keeps crashing with “too many attempt message” on a weird page…
