I enjoy the functionality, it’s look is elegant simple from a graphic design POV it’s a winner 🥇

So urban takes our details and puts us onto the “ buyers agents” dealing with the properties they list. That don’t exist or are sold out. And they try to upsell or Palm off some tragic suburb instead. $389k townhouses in Werribee don’t exist. But $469k in Rockbank do…. Lol And they blame Urban for it. Saying urban doesn’t update listings. Nah… I’ll stick to proper legitimate sites and contacting builders direct

Only off the plan properties but have a better range of them than realestate or domain. Like having the brochures and floorplans in one place

Works good on iphone but not ipad

Junk calling and sms everyday after registration. I asked opt out but still got those.

Finally after submitting many enquiries on other websites an someone sent me the information I wanted and called me. I found it super easy to navigate throughout the site and got majority of the information I was looking for.

This an awesome app that allows you to see all the new and upcoming apartments. Easy to use
