Weak quality
I was using the app from the August of 2023. I’ve faced with 3 serious errors during the period. The first one happened when I just installed the app. The process of buying vouchers went wrong and my account was not charged. However, three payments from my bank account were done. The issue was solved after messaging to the support. The second issue raised due to not restricted characters for number plate. I’m foreign and my number plate has specific characters absent in Bulgarian alphabet. The parking service’s personal couldn’t recognize my payment and I was fined. The fine was returned when the parking service was asked. Only there I could to know what was wrong. And the latest case I was fined due to the app showed me wrong state. I was confused by message that I’m currently out of working time and can’t pay for parking. But when I’ve returned to my car I found that I was fined. The support provided an exclusive solution to close the app instead of the minimizing. The perfect solution that users should keep in mind when they’re using the app and are in a hurry.
