alarm function 1-how can I set an alarm next to each note- 3-note length is very limited. cabin the developer expand the lengths of note to 3 lines?

Like a Post-It® on your lock screen: never again forget anything important!
(BE PATIENT: initially it takes a while for the notes to show up, this improves the more often you use the app AND you have to be online due to technical restrictions)
You always wanted to see your important notes immediately when looking at your iPhone?
Then "Urgent Notes" is the app you waited for!
No need to unlock or even switch into an app.
Synchronises between several devices via iCloud.
A Widget in Notification Center is also available.
Important: The "Background App Refresh" (Settings -> General -> Background App Refresh) has to be turned on for the "Urgent Notes" app. (This will not drain the battery as no online activity will take place.)

I was hoping for a big posted popup note on my screen. I had that with another app on my Samsung.

It is just like post it notes. It stays on my screen with reminders that I have notes there. I do wish you could write longer notes but it only allows so many characters to be used
Never showed up
I have waited 2 weeks for my notes to show up on my lock screen. Nope! I don’t need a Urgent Notes that show up over two weeks later.
Nice little App
I do wish though that the notes would pop up on my screen instead of me having to look to see if I have any urgent notes. 😊
