App used to work for me. Now all it does is crash when I try and play a video. Was on iOS 16. Something. Crash. So I updated to iOS 17. Crashhhh. Click on app support brings me to url webpage. Scroll to the bottom for support and it’s literally the only link that doesn’t work. Tells me there’s no support.

What’s wrong wit this app? Can’t download offline battles? App barely wants to load and I have to delete then reupload it for it to work? What’s going on over there Smack?

I paid for the app and the battles are still locked on AppleTV. I spent almost 2 days trying to get it to work. I’ve reached my limit it is frustrating and I’m starting to hate it now. The app has never worked properly since it’s creation. Trash.

Decent. Great presentation. Offline is key to save data. Interaction with the battle while watching is dope. Only thing I’d add is being able to listen to the battle with a Lock Screen. I wanna schemes and punchlines without ppl knowing.

I can’t even watch a video as it keeps crashing once I select the battle.

Yo I can’t watch anything! I even uninstalled it & reinstalled still every time I go to watch a video it kick me off

Things I’d like on the app: - make red and blue at the bottom of the video disappear unless you tap the screen - Rewind button added back 5/10 seconds - Let us see the global reactions per round again - Add a “Round of the battle” in reactions and could also even put that on the leaderboards - Make the wins and losses match the picture for the battles so we don’t have to click each battle to see who’s score belongs to who Keep Pushing the culture 🤙🏾

STILL PAYING FOR AN APP WITHOUT FAST FORWARD/ REWIND OPTION. WHAT ARE WE DOING SMACK???
