Improvement required
App takes a lot of time to load, than after several times removing and downloading it’s still not working. Now I cannot even download it anymore. This is no good for me as a customer!

The user app Urmet CallMe allows you to see who’s calling at the door of your house; you can answer to it and open the door or the driveway gate.
It’s even possible to see the camera of the door panel from the app without receiving a call (in 2VOICE systems and KIT and KIT 1722) and to check other CCTV cameras connected to the installation as well (in 2VOICE systems and KIT) as well as open the door or the car entrance.
The app gives also an indication of the unanswered calls on which you didn’t answer with indication of date and time for each call (in 2VOICE systems and KIT, KIT 1722 and KIT NOTE2).
All these function can be added to your video door phone without changing it and without changing the building door phone system; it’s enough to add the Call Forwarding Device in your apartment and to install the app on the smartphone.
For a correct operation it’s necessary an Internet connection. The link with the router can be Wi-Fi or with a LAN cable if the WiFi coverage is not possible.
The call can be diverted on a maximum of 4 apps for each user/apartment.
On the app there are these following features as well:
- in case of Wi-Fi connection it’s possible to select 2 time slots in which to turn off the communication, for example during the night, to limit electromagnetic pollution
- turn off call reception (for example while in a meeting or with a doctor)
- to check the signal’s quality in every moment
- mute the microphone volume from the mobile device and restore it during a conversation
- to send a voice call IP to the other smartphones that have the same account

Really
There’s an update a few weeks ago that removes support for 2voice, so, if I update the device I bought just a year and a half will stop working, really Urmet. When do you understand that consumers are king, not you. The App is one of the worst I have, you could have used Apples IPA to flawlessly interstate it into iOS, yet the app barely works.

Terrible UI, and your password cant exceed 20 characters. Just stupid
Do not use buy or install
We have it 2 years in a new building, it worked a week, never worked properly with iphone, now the device cant make a sync with iphone . Waste of money!
Invest and you will grow
You need to invest in your company in order to grow. Happy Clients are your only ambassadors. Invest in a flawless, great front end and back end app or you will end like all others. The larger companies invest in their IT infrastructure and so should you. This app is just laughable and the convenience of use too. So invest 50-100k please

We invested in the Urmet installation in our apartment building because we want to have accessibility even when we are not at home. The Urmet attaché in The Netherlands and our local installation firm (an Urmet reseller) installed the multi user device. Me and my neighbours have it on our smartphones. But this Callme app is really not complete and not convenient. Many things should improve before this is a user-friendly solution. Beware we paid lots of money for the hardware, now we want an app that can deliver. I want to help testing it so next version become more mature and have 4/5 stars rating instead of 2. - to many actions before you can respond to the incoming call - time delay between incoming call and app responding to it - no critical message (when your phone is on mute, Callme does not break in. See Ring app how this can be solved on iOS) - using the message system is too slow (look at Ring again)
Useless
No notification of calls on iphone (8 and SE 2020) ! Only when app is open on screen, calls come through. But that’s rediculus! No one has the app open all the time, and that’s not how it is supposed to work. Useless in this way. When app is closed, afterwards you see missed calls. So receiving or connection isn’t the problem. It’s the push notification that doesn’t work. And in no way to change in settings of iphone.
