This is my 2. Month and it going good.
I just spent a huge amount of time trying to get a data connection in Argentina. I went through all the steps with the online techs twice to no avail. According to the app I had .4 GB of roaming data available. As an experiment, I paid for a data top up and, yes, it worked. The one thing I really need the app for is to track data usage and it’s not reliable.
Can’t edit phone line characteristics from the app after newest update. Please fix.
I’ve never used a non-major carrier before but I’m very impressed with all that US Mobile does—and for far less money than I was paying to previous carriers. Great speeds, great coverage, and great customer service. And they give you an Apple Watch line for free. What else do you need?
Complete lies. Waste of time. You don’t get a free trial.. kept prompting me to pay for a “light plan” for $10 to get a new number. The support chat is glitched, can’t message customer support because the feature doesn’t work.. I deleted my payment card .. hopefully they don’t charge me. They immediately want a credit card. And have no option to cancel “ free trial” I wasn’t even able to activate it bc your site and app are useless and confusing.. don’t charge me for this was something I wish I had never attempted. SCAM
Purely from the usability (design, features, speed and animations) perspective, this is the best cellphone service app among the several I have experienced in the US. Their product and engineering team deserves kudos in this regard. Their web app is equally good. On top of that, their customer service, plans and pricing are also among the best among all MVNO’s in the US. I hope they continue to remain this way and not get acquired and get killed by the big three in the future.
I’ve been sick and this company stole my last $44 by charging me 2 times. I messaged them and they lied to me about processing my refund as the transaction was not refunded upon checking with my bank. That money was supposed to be used for medicine. Their customer service is horrible as well. I will be changing service providers as they CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
To all the people that complain about inability to login - you need to switch off screen zoom temporarily, login to the app, then enable it again. To the app devs - you need to test your app for different zoom levels and font sizes. As it is, it’s close to non-functional: you need to pixel hunt to hit these buttons or they are not visible at all. There is a lot of people that need larger text on their phones due their weak vision and a modern app should be able to adapt its layout accordingly.
Latest version is totally useless. Unable to sign in
I like that they have an app. There seem to issues with cached data where I am unable to refresh the plan info. Uninstalling fixes it.
