US Time Zones is a simple conversion tool made to help you quickly convert between time zones in the Continental United States. It was purposefully kept simple to help those, such as our developers, who can’t remember to add or subtract one or two hours when converting times. It currently only covers the four time zones in the Continental United States, namely: Pacific Time, Mountain Time, Central Time and Eastern Time.

Many online meetings are announced by time zone, rather than geographic location. I’m “geographically challenged” anyway and can never remember which cities are in which time zones.
This app doesn’t require me to know that or limit me to only a few cities to begin my calculations.
Adding cities would be a nice addition, but at least one state (Arizona) doesn’t recognize Daylight Savings time. So all these “simple” conversations in my head are enough to start a migraine.
I just “wanna” know it a meeting starts in “Somewhere, USA” at 11:00 am, EDT, what time I need to log on here in Houston, TX at CDT, assuming the “DT” means Daylight Savings Time.
Throw in those one-off state(s) which don’t *DO* Daylight Savings and I’m “royally inconvenienced.”

FINALLY, someone who understands that something simple is perfect!! Thank you so much for this app!! I have been working from home for almost 9 years now and every time we have a meeting in a different part of the country I am on Google to verify that I am writing down the correct time. I personally do not need the states, just the 4 separate zones and this app, this is absolutely PERFECT !! Thank you again.

No horizontal view
I like the simplicity, but would like to have the option to view it horizontally.

This is just what I need so when I’m playing Xbox and there is a timed event in a different time zone it’s perfect!!!
Partial U.S. Time Zone Map
Ok..so Alaska and Hawaii have been States for how long and still not considered part of the U.S.? We need to be included in these maps and not have Alaska pictured as an island floating off the coast of California.
