Due to medical restrictions I no longer need or can use the app. I have been trying to delete the app and remove the monthly charges, but each month still been charged. How can we rectify this situation?

Love how this app has a ton of amazing tools to use and help get amazing results like: - Video Workouts, with calorie burning tracker. - Meal Library, with tons of meals to select from with great calorie counts to help results and videos showing you how to make them. - Sync Fitness Watch: You can sync your Apple Watch or other fitness watches which will connect and track your workouts, heart rate, steps for the day to measure calories burned. - Results Tracker: super cool tool where you can see the daily results of your calories burned, calories eaten, body fat %, BMI, etc. It literally takes all the thinking out of what you do and displays my progress. Such a game-changer!

I’ve reached out to my coach to have them help me cancel and they never responded and there is no easy way for me to cancel it my self. I tried looking for tech support contact and couldn’t find it.

Customers are getting the best results ever! I’m sure it’s because of the implementation of this app. Not only do they have the products but now this app serves as an additional coach to motivate you and hold you accountable!
