USAA Mobile

I have used USAA for a long time and appreciate the service and ability to reach an actual human in the US to give me prompt and accurate service. The app helps me access my account and conduct much of my “mundane” business quickly, give me advice on my finances, and link me to other resources as required. I am very satisfied with the overall service package and app experience.

Why does it take seven taps to review a pdf statement for which I’ve received a notification for? Who decided that was good programming?

This system is a very distinct indicator of zero accountability and or professionalism. Our data is not meant to be on public computer systems 👀

The battery was dying on my BMW and would not start the car. The USAA app was very easy to use. A few taps, and help was on the way.

I have received a request for payment for the total of my son, John C. Harrison’s, insurance bill by September 1, 2024 or all of his insurance will be cancelled. My son , age 51, is Special Needs and you have a Power of Attorney on file that I handle his business affairs. I had paid last month’s invoice one day late (my fault) and paid the $10 penalty. It was quite a shock to my 82 year old self who pays bills on time usually to receive your rude and demanding letter for no proper reason. I called and spoke with a lovely lady to whom I would have given 10 stars. She assisted me and made sure that the payment was posted to my account. She gave me the reduced amount I owe for September 1. She was very polite and so helpful. It is for employees such as herself that I am still with USAA. I have been tempted to change companies several times lately but people such as this lady keep me around. However, demanding letters such as I received and rude people in your security department make me wonder why I bother. I am fed up with the harsh and cold treatment I have received from USAA and it won’t take many more experiences such as this and I will be gone. I understand that there are many customers who have similar emotions so it is not just little me. Incidentally, thank you for moving all of our investments to Charles Schwab. That has been a wonderful and eye-opening experience! I hope you read this before deleting it. My husband loved USAA and would be sad to hear the things I could tell him about how I was treated after his death. Sincerely, Sharon C. Budget function too hard to find

Got errors trying to update payment method on both app and website. Frustrating!
