Use Before Flight

I purchased a subscription to this app 2 years back. It’s usability was a bit and miss. Some of the things worked perfectly while few features were buggy. Decided not to renew my subscription. However, I was charged a renewal fees without any prior intimation. Worst par is that the payment is directly to the developer and not through Apple subscription. The card details must have been saved amd used to charge me without any intimation whatsoever. Very poor practice. I would advise anyone thinking of buying this app to be a little a careful. I have raised a request for resolution. Sadly Apple support asked to approach the developer directly. Great times when we thought that subscribing though Apple App Store is safe. 😡

A very useful app indeed , especially to brush up on ecam drills . Docking a point because some ecam drills are not updated to the latest FWC standard so they’re different . Eg ADR 1+2+3 Also some ecams are not listed eg ENG STALL . And the other resources like videos , blog posts etc are almost 2 to 3 years old now , so It looks as if the app is not being updated ....

I don’t find this application very helpful for Airbus 320 pilots. I wish the app provided a trial version that would have helped me decide whether I wanted to subscribe to the full version for a year. There are websites that are way better for Airbus 320. The response time on the website says within 24 hours but I haven’t received a reply in over 3 days!

Very helpful for my type rating and lpcs, as well as just keeping up with knowledge, haven’t flown in a long time due to covid, just a very handy tool worth the money.

The app description forgets to tell you the subscription is £50 a year. The website doesn’t even tell you until you register. Come on, be straight with your customers. Deleted.

Generally good app with lots of interesting videos and interactive ECAM scenarios. However, on many of these scenarios I am unable to continue further because the app will only let me confirm the selection of the Engine Master switch, but won’t let me actually switch it to the on position. It’s quite frustrating and I’ll amend this review to a five star if you fix it. Many thanks.

Such an easy, user friendly app that provides the exact steps to follow during abnormal phases of flights. Incredible update from the previous app with really cool new features. This is definitely my ‘go to’ app for before my simulator check!

Such a brilliant app. Very helpful to anyone at any stage of their career in flying. The new app is greatly improved and very stable. Would highly recommend!
