I was at level 67 and suddenly my game restarted and i came to level 25 please help to get my level back

Hangs on museum and theres no way to save progress fix it quick

I dont know whats the problem I twice reached level 18 but my game got held at the musuem i deleted the game and downloaded it again but still it got stuck on the 18 level please do something about it Update your game

Its hanging when i open the game i have just build the museum
Too many ads
This game seems really cool in concept and was for the first week or so of playing. After a while though EVERYTHING requires diamonds and ad watching. I spend more time watching ads than “playing” the game.
Tow truck
Unless I’m missing something the tow truck can only do one car at a time so I just have people in line making no money
Could be worse but could definitely be better
Very easy to play and great for passing time but the game preview is absolutely nothing like the game.
Disadvantages
Great idea, good implementation, but there are many disadvantages. Firstly, it's a huge queue. There is no need to upgrade towing because there will be nothing there except one car, since there is a very large queue of customers, it's annoying. Secondly, again because of these queues, there is no point in putting more than 2 cars up for sale. (Either make a smaller flow of customers, or speed up the process of issuing cars) Thirdly, these are huge price tags for items that cost diamonds, it is impossible to accumulate 90 diamonds for opening a case once and it is also very difficult to accumulate them for upgrading (I understand that the game is aimed at making money, but this reduces the popularity of the game). In general, there are a lot of disadvantages, but I'm sure you have something to strive for! I wish you success!❤️
