Terrible app to begin with and the new iOS 13 requirements now I can’t even update it. There was absolutely no reason this thing to be updated to iOS 13 only just a dick move

Its really good on pc, but on mobile the app keeps crashing and I can't do even 1 test

Thank you so much for the app update. I mailed you couple a few times for the app update. and finally it’s here. I was not able to perform a single task continuously without an app crash but hopefully this update will remove these problems. The logo of the app is awesome too. I loved the clear new interface. 😍😍 😇😇 hoping a test soon.

Lately, when we book tests, they force us to submit our real information. Then these companies contact us at will. It’s annoying and it blotches the experience with the reality that we’re exposing private details about us and our families.

The app took me to the test which I liked but it cut off before I could submit the test. Please fix

App non functional. Appears others have had same issue but once you get passed the “record microphone and screen”, you get an internal error.

I have been having troubles with the app for a week now. It is stuck on “new test available” but once I click it and try to screen record it keeps going back out. It is not allowing me at all to do tests on the app. Luckily the desktop works great, but the mobile app definitely needs a major fix with this issue.

I like used rain and have completed several desktop tests, but the app is iffy. It won’t let me through the screen recording and mic access page, and the one time it did, i completed my test and it would t even upload so it got scrapped and i didn’t get paid. Kind of frustrating because it was a 45 minute test :/

Screen recording feature was working perfectly fine now it’s not allowing me to screen record anymore making me lose money. There’s nothing wrong with my phone I have an iPhone and the screen record feature works perfectly fine alone. Please fix this app

This app is a waste of time, it simply does not work, I qualified for here tests and I was not able to complete now of them because it just don’t work. WASTE OF TIME and it’s crazy they are not doing anything about it!!!!
