The app was fine, but now it requires permission to access all photos and contacts. There is absolutely no reason for this and I won’t be using it going forward.

I loved using the app before but now am disappointed that I cannot access the app since the update because I do not want to grant permission to access all of my photos and contacts. The app worked fine before that. I feel this is violating my privacy and I do not want a company to have access to all my contacts and personal pictures as it can pose a threat to security issues if there are any pictures in my gallery that have sensitive and personal identifiable information on them. I guess I will wait until they change permissions back to what they were before the update to download again. And now I am out of extra work because of it. No where did I see an explanation as described in the update of why they need access to full permissions. Also I took a survey three months ago and the payment is still pending. I have contacted customer support via email and have not received a response yet. It was a high paying survey too so I guess I wasted my time taking it.

I am unable to try out the tests that I have created. I am being rejected at the screener questions no matter what I enter. Please please please fix this bug.

I completed a test and then went back on my account some time after to see when I would be paid. There was a note on my completed test saying I didn’t complete all tasks. I contacted support asking for help and they came back and said that a question asked me how much a product was and I gave the wrong dollar amount but the whole point of this test was to see how user friendly the website was so apparently it wasn’t clear how much the product was. That’s not my fault; I still completed all tasks.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this program. Scammers.

Don’t download this app it’s a big SCAM they let you waste your time giving surveys and after you re fine they tell you you re not qualified for payment don’t wast your time here

There is a special place for companies that prey on the unfortunate that are trying to make a little $. This app promises to pay you for work or surveys done yet they do not pay anything. What they will do is let you do all the work or spend the time completing and yes the was COMPLETING surveys and then disqualify you from payment AFTER you complete the work. I have completed 8 surveys from start to finish and was ‘disqualified’ from payment each time. And did you really think I would give you my credit card details on that qualification test? I guess the fact that I would not and that I did not like Amazon = a 2/5 qualifier score? So if you like providing companies with your opinion for free and if you have to time to donate your time for free to these money grabbing companies than this is probably the app for you. If not stay far away

It won’t even let me create an account it just says log in when i don’t have an account to begin with.

Signed up for the service but I did not receive any tests. UserTesting is a much better service.
