Platform has gone downhill
This used to be a really solid platform. The proposition was simple: spend about 10 minutes reviewing something, get US$10. It was bought out by a rival company about a year ago and quickly went downhill. It’s quite common now to get ripped off – finish a test, never get paid. It’s also common for tests to be inordinately long. I’ve come across multiple instances of four dollar “quick“ tests having so many questions that they would take half an hour or longer to complete. The new company also arbitrarily changed the payment turnaround time from one week to two, around the same time that interest rates increased. Tech-support has been significantly reduced, and it is now almost impossible to get a live human. I used to say that this was fun and a great way to make a small bit of money on the side, but now the platform is a waste of time.
Waste of time
Never any reviews to do ever and I’ve been a part of this app for at least 3 months now, just taking up storage on my phone
Don’t even try
Once you connect your PayPal - they have an access to it or sell this info to someone. I was receiving codes for verification to my phone when I wasn’t even trying to log in
Collecting your information
I’ve been on this app on different devices, for many months and I am convinced that they are just using you/us to collect our personal information and then they are probably selling to third parties. Don’t download. Not once have I received a test that was applicable nor have I been paid.

Have had nothing but great experiences with UserTesting . A-bit of a learning curve on making sure you do things correctly but they give you details solutions if you have questions and repsond promptly and professionally to emails. . Love this App thank you
Newest update does not work
It was a great app but the newest update does not work on my phone
The new update is not working
Downloaded the new version but it keeps asking me to update it. Clicking on it and it takes me to the App Store to download it and just keeps going in this cycle.
