This is the best banking app I’ve ever used in Nigeria. When I had issues with my transaction limit and needed to move to level 3 to obtain the maximum transaction per day, the customer service was very helpful. The response and follow up was very impressive. My transaction goes smoothly and fast. This banking app is giving me same UK experience in banking. I can’t ask for more.

I have read a few reviews from others on here and, most were positive, whereas others (an insubstantial number) were negative. For me, however, I shall go with the former. This micro finance bank has proven itself invaluable (compared to other Nigerian well known banks). The swiftness of their customer services to respond to emails and resolve issues is noteworthy. You have my respect and trust.

I mean a transaction of 500k from my v bank to my palmpay Account and i was debited and on the palmpay app it was fail and you guys have not refunded my money,it as been 3 days now I have not see my money ,you people are fraud ,This is a stupid bank I chatted the customer care Dey never replied me ,you are a scam

I love love this app,no problem whatsoever My favorite part is the notification they send when upgades are going to be happening so we can plan ahead Such an effortless app

I've been using the V app for at least 3 years now. And it's my most trusted bank app for instant delivery and notification. And when I lost my phone in 2022, it didn't need too much bureaucracy to block my account, and unblock it when I got back my line. Even when there's maintenance or service issues, I'm notified early enough. Keep up 🙌🥂
