I mean a transaction of 500k from my v bank to my palmpay Account and i was debited and on the palmpay app it was fail and you guys have not refunded my money,it as been 3 days now I have not see my money ,you people are fraud ,This is a stupid bank I chatted the customer care Dey never replied me ,you are a scam

I've been using the V app for at least 3 years now. And it's my most trusted bank app for instant delivery and notification. And when I lost my phone in 2022, it didn't need too much bureaucracy to block my account, and unblock it when I got back my line. Even when there's maintenance or service issues, I'm notified early enough. Keep up 🙌🥂

A few bugs here and there with alerts being repetitive in the notifications area but this app is a wonderful experience I use V for purchasing of parts and service provider payments nobody has complained and it’s instant. The interface is responsive with no hang ups whatsoever. Another great feature is the ability to do multiple transfers at once this is a feature unique to only V and that’s what makes them a fantastic and dependable partner for me shopping with vendors around Nigeria.
