V1 Pro: Coaching Platform

Går ej att logga in. Använder iPhone 4s. Verkar som man bara kan logga in om man tillåter appen att få tillgång till dina vänner m.m på Facebook. Och det vill jag verkligen inte lämna ut!!!

Kan tyvärr inte logga in på appen. Använder iPhone 5 och har registrerat mig på eran hemsida men när jag försöker logga in då så har jag inte ett manstructor account sen står siffror 10/14 t.ex.

DL ubersense instead, much better

V1 used to make great products but this is garbage. Same with the non instructor account. They took away countless features and charged more. Corporate greed at its finest.

I’ve been with V1 for about 12 years and send videos out to all my students after every lesson. Over the year the app has had a few bugs however they fixed very quickly. Now the bugs are bigger and they try to take care of it however it seems it’s never there problem. They seem to have a call center that is overseas and reading from a book to fix the problem. They need to get back to the basics and fix the bugs for the instructors. I give them plenty of fees back to try to fix however the overseas people aren’t the ones to fix it.

I’ve been a customer since 2010. I’m currently using a tablet and phone for instruction paying $69/month. I was told I have the updated version but countless times the tour model downloads will not work once downloaded and I’m constantly getting model swing’s deleted on their own. Might be time to change companies.

I bought the wrong version . I’m not a coach . How do I cancel

Had many problems with swing videos skipping and making big jumps for some reason when I try to review them. I import them into the V1 pro app and the video will play but then just skip through watching the swing video extremely frustrating wanted to know if there is a solution or am I only person to have this problem?

Horrible app

I’ve finally upgraded to the $59 per month subscription but this App is terrible. I’ve lost a full days worth of teaching videos and have to manually enter everything each time it crashes. Very unstable, frustrating. The amount to steps you have to go through just to enter students, switch to video etc is really slow (when it does work) User interface need updating and automated data entry / switching from camera to analyzing needs a one step and back flow. The trial for this subscription lasts another 27 days, not sure I will last that long.
