我更新完這個app後進入這個Apps突然間返回主畫面，請麻煩修復

It’s always unavailable to order the car. I though that re-downloading the app will help but now this function doesn’t even show

I tried to look at the hire car option in the app. I was promoted to register or to login. I was prompted to enter my mobile phone number. After doing this, I got a message saying “Login Fail”. This happened repeatedly. No help option in the app.

Worst transport app in the world. No updates when it says there are updates. Useless !

Registered in the app to book a car and it directly say I have no quota without any booking before.

Is it so difficult to add a function for the taxi drivers that replies to a booking saying: SORRY I CANNOT COME AT THE SELECTED TIME, I CAN COME AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES: ... ... ... Instead of keeping people waiting for absolutely nothing without knowing Clowns

This ******* app is driving one nuts. You receive a confirmation for a hired car saying 5 to 10 minutes before you will receive a car number. 10 minutes after the confirmed date still nothing, no number no car no nothing. Unreliable should be the name of this app!

The worst app ever. No confirmation and no notice given before arrival if the car.
