Cameras won’t work keeps saying devices are offline and will not re connect with the App which is a shame

Unfortunately until the camera arrives you don’t know which software is needed. So if you are unboxing a camera, don’t unbox and return it to the supplier. It will save you the heartache. - night vision does not work - says SD card error and formatting fails and says to try later! Tried brand new cards. - battery lasts about 30 mins - frame rate is very poor - the app is painful to use because many buttons in Chinese and it jumps to screens you don’t want to see - also the camera is actually about twice the size of what is shown in the marketing material.

The app is total garbage, doesn’t work, doesn’t connect. Do your self a favour, buy something else.

Frustrating I am still in the process of setting up the app to setup my WiFi camera only to find out that the translation has not been completed. The app is full of advertisements that cover the page The developer could have done better. Surely there must be a better app than this rubbish Tip take a screenshot and use google translate to work out cancel and confirm.

I managed to connect it after few tries but it’s charging drops so quickly. So every almost half hour you need to recharge it. Which is really hassle & pain. Also it disconnects automatically after 15, 20 minutes. Unable to use it. It’s just a waste of time & money. Just buy some good quality.

Won’t connect

Didn’t take long to set up works ok good sound and picture but No manual I was hoping it was charge and go but it seems to always need a power feed apart from that it’s ok ( I would have given more star apart form the no access to a manual and needing constant power supply)

We don’t have rubbish wifi! We have good Wi-Fi and therefore won’t work. Shame In the bin it goes.

The V720 app connects to my iPhone but there is no way I can get to the settings menu. Poor design.

After reading all them bad Reviews I was sure my camera wasn’t going to connect either, how wrong I was connectivity was achieved! Camera resolution great going to have fun with this Camera 🎥 my mini camera was bought from the Temu site?
