VA: Health and Benefits

I am also a disabled Veteran in Germany and can not access the app or the website anymore. Terrible.

I can’t even register myself in the app, because I live in Germany and you can’t put an address in from out of the country.

I am a veteran living in Germany and I downloaded this app hoping to continue my application over the app. Unfortunately it is not possible and trying to do it over Safari or Google is impossible. I can open my saved application but it does not let me continue. Please add adding a claim to the app and also update the va.gov to work with iOS devices better. Everything on my devices is up to date but the va.gov website always says my devices or browser is not compatible/up to date. Please resolve these issues and I will happily raise my rating for the app from only 1 star but until it’s resolved that’s where it will stay

I am veteran in Germany. I always have problems with this website connectivity and now I had great relief thinking that the app would negate these issues. ITS THE SAME. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! I’m sure I’m not the only overseas veteran in Germany with this issue. I HAVE TRIED “EVERY BROWSER” it does not work past login! FIX THIS.

My app states I’m in stage 3 when the website and VA state my claim has been in stage 5 for over a month.

Red box with black text. Can anyone read the text? It’s older people have a hard time. I’m in my 50s and can’t. Also why does someone have to fill out a sheet with PII in order to provide app feedback? Ridiculous. Otherwise this is one of the best govt apps around. Gave one star so someone will actually read the comment. Leave a comment and I’ll upgrade the rating.

The VA Hospital and Staff at the Saginaw Medical Center helped save my life and treat me with respect and are truly concerned about my well being… my primary care NP Rebecca Boench is kind and helps me with my health concerns … Dr Caroll held me with my chronic PTSD and other mental health issues each month… I am not sure if I would be around without the VA care I receive !

Thank y’all for taking care of my health needs and keep up the good work and because this website is my favorite place, thanks again.
