Logged pot holes a few months ago. No acknowledgement, nothing. Just those potholes getting worse. Well done -NOT!

Working app links to chalk board in SANRAL (no chalk though)

App works great but logged potholes are never addressed and references on app are never updated. Seems as though this is given to the public to make everyone feel better but it may as well be linked to a chalkboard in SANRAL’s offices …. which has no chalk. Pointless exercise.

Another government project wasted money

No one obviously maintains this. Potholes 2 years old still on here, makes one wonder whether the new ones are even brought to anyones attention.

Upon registering for the first time, I got the error “We have blocked all requests from this device due to unusual activity”

Logged an issue 6 months ago and the potholes are still not fixed, with no feedback.

After months of reporting potholes nothing happens. The same potholes are there.

There is no select option which states the issue. As such we cannot create and issue report

Unable to load pothole pictures

When an image of a pothole is selected the app show a loading sign which never ends.
