This app used to work properly but thejuly bills 2024 were uploaded, after few hours, the bills option was gone. Kindly fix it ASAP.

What a terrible App! I am unable to process my registration on new phone! Keeps on showing error! Kindly fix it , it is so inconvenient!

Not a user friendly app at all. Just received a notification about electric bill almost 6hours ago and I’m still unable to login into the app. It is stuck at initial “loading” screen since then. In addition this is not the first time, it is same since the start. I don’t know what happens when they update billing info, it takes almost 2/3 days just to access into the app. Pathetic thing.

We want new carpeted roads, not stupid apps and e-tags.
