Unfortunately I didn’t have a positive experience. Tried an IV drip and an allergy test. The nurse for the IV drip seemed nervous and not sure where to put the IV so she tried both arms and bruised me for two weeks. I decided to give this app another chance and booked an allergy test. Again another nurse claimed she couldn’t find a suitable place to take blood from and decided on the top of my hand which was painful. Each time I go to the hospital or need to have a blood test I have no issues. Lastly, had to chase for my allergy test results and was sent the lab report without any explanation, I complained, no reply.

It was very easy to book a service. Sample taking was smooth and not painful at all. Nice trained nurses. And result came fast with a possible follow up with an expert. I had a great experience wit Valeo. I highly recommend it.

Too long to get test result, it’s all about convenience and speed, getting the blood test from home was convenient but waiting for one week to get the result this was not ok. When paying nearly 5 times the cost of the same test under insurance i expect speed.

I booked the service to do a thorough food intolerance test. Booked the service and got a female nurse within 3 hours of my request. She showed up exactly as decided on time and was extremely professional. She quickly organized her stuff, made sure I was comfortable and collected my blood sample and left within 5 mins. Loving the service so far, it’s a very efficient process and allows me to get this entire process completed at the comfort of my home. Before leaving she also shared a timeline as to when I can expect my results and looking forward to book my consultation post receiving my results!

Made it very easy for me to get my food intolerance test and consult the specialist right after the results. Easy to use service! High quality products!
