Valrhona®

I deleted the app because it because it wouldn’t let me create a profile through the application. Was encourage to by a valrhona rep to download to access Sosa products and spec sheets as a distributor. Looks like I’ll just continue to bother my valrhona rep for info 🤷🏽‍♂️

This is the absolute best app for chefs and home bakers of all time! So many great recipes and techniques. I’ve never seen an app that is so helpful in many ways!
