Meter was £6 whenever we entered £14 whenever we finished for just over a 3 mile distance is a disgrace il never use valuecab again

Ordered a cab through the app. The cab arrived at the wrong location at the back of my property across a river You could see from the map that it was at the wrong location. Yet the cab sat there for 10 minutes I had to reorder and walk to a new location Almost missed my flight. Next time it will be Uber

Last night Value Cab taxi ( WHITE SKODA Reg No. RRZ 7808 ) was very late and then when it did arrive he says no dogs allowed. Left me standing struggling to get another taxi. I had told the taxi driver I got value cab this morning from train station and they were kind about the wee dog. Thankfully a dad & daughter duo came forward and rang me a taxi.

App always gets my home address wrong even though I have saved it correctly as a favourite. Setting and and making payment is more difficult than it should be. You can not switch between account and personal booking in the App
